Technical Issues Related to Docmail
Area Health is currently experiencing technical difficulty with the new iPM System that hosts the Docmail Service. All communications are currently being sent manually and at this stage there is a large backlog. The IDGP IT Team are in contact with Area Health daily to assess progress of the issue.
Area Health has allocated resources to fixing the problem and all IDGP members will be contacted when the issue has been resolved.
