INFORMATION ON "BETTER ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH CARE INITIATIVE"
On Monday 9 October, the Australian Government announced the details of the new
"Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative". This provides MBS rebates for
GP-referred Clinical Psychologist treatment for the first time, in an attempt to
improve access for patients needing mental health assessment and care. For more
