SESIAHS e-mail
All testing so far indicates that the new e-mail accounts are functioning correctly.
If you dial in to the Area Health service please contact IDGP Help desk for information on the configuration changes you will need to make.
All Area Health e-mail users please note there is a new web mail URL
https://webmail.sesiahs.health.nsw.gov.au/email
The user name and password are the same as for the old IAHS e-mail accounts.
I am advised all e-mails to IAHS e-mail addresses will be redirected to your new SESIAHS account.
Main configuration change that will be needed, is to set the e-mail client to authenticate when sending emails.

2 Go to the tools menu then accounts

3 A box will open left click on the 2nd tab Mail, the box will look similar to the following picture the name may be different for example “local Host”. Double left click on the e-mil account.

3 A new box will open that looks similar to the picture that follows. You will need to left click on the second tab Servers and the change that needs to be made is to tick the bottom check box, “outgoing server” “my server requires authentication”.
