Illawarra Family Doctor Awards 2005
The Illawarra Division of General Practice’s GP and Practice of the Year Awards provide an opportunity for local GPs and Practices to be recognised for outstanding service they provide to our community.
This is your opportunity to nominate those doctors and practices you believe provide a high level of excellence in patient care. At the same time these awards give all doctors the chance to be recognised in the community and help improve the profile of general practice. The awards require nomination, and will be assessed by the IDGP's Community Committee.
You can nominate your GP or Practice for an award by filling out a nomination form that you can get from your doctor, or by downloading the nomination form and e-mailing it to: ccc@idgp.org.au
