Coverage rates measure the percentage of children, up to the age of 7 years, who are assessed as fully immunised against the diseases included on the National Immunisation Program (NIP) (See NSW Vaccine Schedule). These vaccines are free of charge to the parent.

Your coverage rates include all children who have attended your practice at least twice in the preceding 12 months. The child’s visits do not have to be immunisation related.
