Job Purpose

Responsible for assisting IDGP members with their IM/IT needs.  He provides second level IT support and practical assistance in all aspects of computing including troubleshooting and solving software and hardware problems, Stand alone & LAN/WAN installations and administration, new installations of Desktops and Servers / peripherals or complete new surgery installations and repairs / upgrades of existing equipment. Troy advises IDGP Members on purchasing computer systems and can purchase systems on their behalf. He also helps out with onsite training and advice and research of new software and hardware for surgeries.

The most important aspect of my work:

 - Supporting IDGP members IM/IT needs in a professional, friendly and timley manner

Hours  

Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm
