  • Certificate III in Business Administration

  • Certificate III in Financial Services (Accounting)

  • Certificate IV in Business Management (Current Undertaking)

Job Purpose

1.      Executive Assistant to CEO, DCEO, HR & Administration Manager

2.      IT Helpdesk Coordinator

3.      Provide support to the Graduate School of Medicine project

4.      Office Management

The most important aspect of my work:

  • To support the Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, HR & Administration Manager, and the Board and its sub committees (Executive and Finance).

  • Coordinate and maintain office systems to ensure that a quality and efficient service is provided to GPs and other stakeholders.

  • General office management and maintainance.

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
