Job Purpose

Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger reports including Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement.

  • Draw cheques as required, bank moneys received and reconcile bank accounts.

  • Assist Management in setting budget allocations and monitoring performance throughout the year.

  • Manage the financial arrangements for GP computer and related hardware purchase.

  • Be readily available to serve in any capacity relating to the Division’s finances

The most important aspect of my work:

To record all financial transactions, pay commitments, receive moneys and provide timely reports to management and Board.
