Job Purpose
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger reports including Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement.

Draw cheques as required, bank moneys received and reconcile bank accounts.

Assist Management in setting budget allocations and monitoring performance throughout the year.

Manage the financial arrangements for GP computer and related hardware purchase.

Be readily available to serve in any capacity relating to the Division’s finances
The most important aspect of my work:
To record all financial transactions, pay commitments, receive moneys and provide timely reports to management and Board.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
